Conference Package
Our Basic conference package includes everything you need for a successful meeting:
- Preparation of main function room
- LCD-Projector (up to 2,600 ANSI-Lumen) and screen for up to 50 people
- Flipchart or pin board, with paper and pens
- 2 conference drinks per person or unlimited supply of mineral water
- 2 coffee breaks, with biscuits or snacks
- 1 lunch (3-course menu or buffet), including 1 non-alcoholic drink

All overnight rates include breakfast and are only applicable if conference services are booked at the same time, either as a package or individually. The rates stated are valid for a group of at least 10 persons and are available for a certain contingent.
